Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Mehfil, we strive to ensure every booking leads to a successful and fulfilling experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be processed.

2. Booking Cancellations by the Client

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund, minus platform fees.
  • Cancellations made 3–7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

3. Booking Cancellations by the Artist

If an artist cancels a confirmed booking, clients will receive a full refund, including any service fees. Mehfil may also assist in finding a replacement, subject to availability.

4. No-Shows or Incomplete Performances

If an artist fails to show up or does not complete their performance as agreed, clients are encouraged to contact us within 48 hours. Each case will be investigated, and eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email tech@bookmehfil.com with your booking ID, reason for cancellation, and any relevant details. Our support team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction due to subjective experience (e.g., music preference, crowd energy) unless the artist failed to meet agreed performance terms.
